Line "C2801 Motherboard with 2 Fast Ethernet" not shown

Hello all ! I have bought 2 routers Cisco 2801 and one 2811. Two of them doesn`t show the "C2801 Motherboard with 2 Fast Ethernet" line in the "show inventory" command, could you please explain why this line is doesn't shown?

Hello ! Any idea about this? Is there a problem in the HW of my routers?

Please post the output of 'show diag'.

You may have to upgrade to 12.4T IOS.
