How can I believe the resellerratings' reviews?

I wrote some reviews related to my experience of purchasing Cisco hardware on online store. But I cannot find it. Some registered members told me that if you write positive reviews, it is hardly presented. Because members who pay for resellerratings' service can keep positive reviews from customers and registered members. If no pay there, just keep negative reviews. Huh? Why? Is it a reliable platform to get all kinds of reviews from customers and clients?
