How to achieve call forwarding?

Hello! I am working in a team and we have decided to build a softphone and add basic and additional features to it. I need to implement call transfer, blind and attended call transfer. We have decided to choose your network solution, and an sdk with free trial sample programs (information about its sample program could be found here: voip-sip-sdk.com/p_350-forward-incoming-call-voip.html#sourcecode ).Are they compatible enough to achieve call forward? Please consider this not as an advertisement but asking for information by an amateur who is an absolutely newbie person. Thank you.
