trunk line appearance in a ccme

I have a 2801 with CCME software and a 4FXO Card.  Users  call the PSTN dialing 9+number but they do not see when, for instance, there is no outside line available.  They realize this when getting a fast busy signal, but I wonder if there is a way to have each FXO port an appearance in the ip phone buttons.

No, I don't know of a way to achieve this in CCM.
