Need to take backup for CUCM and device backup

Dear Sir,

I hve been moved to Level3 team.I have a question. Kindly help me out. i have been given a tast to take CUCM configuration backup and devcie back up. please help me out with the instructions

note - current there is no backup being placed and i need to do this auto for every week.
