I have a problem. In the process of updating a greeting, something has gone wrong. On the Greeting page in which the previous recording worked fine. I opened a new pre-recorded greeting, listened to it, and then saved the new recording for the greeting on that call handler. I tested the greeting by selecting the call handler but when the call handler is activated I don't hear the greeting and the call hangs up.
