Voicemail forwarding

I'm having some trouble with the voicemail in the CME. The config for the DN and Phone are below, with the personal details hashed out.

The problem is that when you dial his internal number it goes to his voicemail which is what we want., but when you dial his DDI (secondary) number, you get forwarded onto someone else.

Anyone got any ideas?

I think there is a problem in the network connection or may be the system settings is not proper.Firstly you should check your internal settings of the system and if it is correct then you should contact with customer care service.
