Any help on configuring CUCM 8.5 for auto attendant feature?
Searched through the google but getting various mixed responses wherein among some sites it shows that Call Manager needs CRA engine to be installed for CUCM to support Auto attendant feature.
It shall be of a good help if I get some information on any specific link providing details on pre-requisites and configuration procedures for AA on CUCM 8.X
