Calling party cannot hear called party

We have a Multisite WAN with Centralized Call Processing. The problem is that when a caller at Site A calls another caller at Site B. The caller at Site A cannot hear the caller at Site B but the caller at Site B can hear the caller at Site A.

Has anyone ever experienced this problem before? Please offer suggestions.

This may be the problem of network connection so for this you can consult with a professional technician who can give a proper advice for this problem.
