failed to open summary logs errors message ?

hi

trying to summary statistics under device manager (2.1.1a)

result following error message

failed to open summary logs (you must check  summary log )

how can i fix this problem ?

1) Click on "Summary" Tab on Device Manager

2) Click in log box at far right on what interfaces you wish to look at stats on

3)Now click on summary statistics
